Island elder, Rose Benz, is "spilling the flour" on how to create 3 Dream Desserts!
In this hands on 3-part series, Rose, will be teaching her baking skills and you will be taking home your own batch of desserts. You will need to bring a countertop mixer, baking pan, measuring cups & spoons, apron and oven mitts with you. The cost of the class covers all baking materials and cost to operate the Hall. This class is brought to you by the HICC Community Enrichment Committee.
The classes will be held in the Harstine Island Community Hall Kitchen.
This is a three part class that will be held February 13, February 20 and February 27, from 1:00PM-3:00PM.
