Monthly Meeting & Program

Adopt-A-Road — Helping keep over 6 miles of Harstine Island roadways clean.

Inquiring Minds — Lecture series for people to come together to explore and consider what it means to be human, and to reflect on our shared past, present, and future.

Senior Lunch — Lunchtime gathering to bring people together with a chance to meet new friends and keep up with old friends.

Garden Club Programs

Farmer’s Market — Saturdays from Memorial Day weekend thru September

Indoor Farmer’s Market — October thru December, February thru May

Pioneer School Garden and Greenhouse — Creating an outdoor living laboratory for K-8 students to integrate learning and cultivate their curiosity, appreciation of healthy foods, environmental stewardship, connection to the natural world and the delight of science through nature.

Theatre Club Programs

Summer Play — A play normally around the Fourth of July.

Fall Play — A collection of monologues (actors speaking directly to the audience) from a variety of plays. Saturday, October 10th @ 7:30PM and Sunday, October 11 @ 2pm. 

Christmas Play — The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, by Barbara Robinson. Friday, December 2 at 7:00 PM, Saturday, December 3 at 7:00 PM, and Sunday, December 4 at 2:00 PM.

Theatre Workshops — Content, dates and times to be determined.

Harstine Island Theatre Club Scholarship — A yearly scholarship to someone studying in the preforming arts. The application process takes place in the Spring.

Women’s Club Programs

HIWC Scholarship — Higher education cost assistance for Island residents.

Memorial Lunches — To honor the memory of Island residents that have been lost.

Kids’ Carnival — A fun-filled day for the children in August. There are games, clowns and prizes. A great activity for children and grandchildren!
