About the Market
The Harstine Island Garden Club hosts an Indoor Farmers Market on the second Saturday of the month from October through May with the exception of January. The market takes place at the Harstine Island Community Hall from 10:00AM to noon.
The market provides an opportunity for the community to connect with local farmers, artisans, and crafters. While produce may be scarce in the winter months, you’ll still be able to find 10-20 vendors selling plants, art, and crafts (paintings, sculpture, fabric items, soap, candles, wood working, ceramics, and jewelry). During the Spring months fresh produce may be available.
The Harstine Island Women’s Club sells Harstine Island merchandise with the proceeds supporting their charitable programs. Also, the Harstine Island Community Club sells the annual wall calendar and can accept new memberships and renewals.
