Soul Motion Dance Class
Embark on a transformative journey with our 3-week Soul Motion Dance Class Series, held on Friday mornings from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Hall. Soul Motion is a conscious dance practice that invites participants to explore movement as a means of self-discovery and connection. Guided by principles of mindfulness and presence, this practice encourages you to listen to your body's wisdom, fostering a deep sense of embodiment and freedom. Ideal for those who appreciate yoga, meditation, and drum circles, Soul Motion offers a unique blend of stillness and dynamic movement, creating a space for personal expression and community connection. The cost for the 3-week series is $21. Whether you're new to conscious dance or seeking to deepen your practice, this series provides a welcoming environment to explore and expand your movement horizons.
