What is Essentrics?

Essentrics is a workout technique that works the entire body. It aims to tone and slenderize, improve posture, increase flexibility, mobility and range of motion, rebalance the body, relieve pain and reduce scar tissue. Essentrics is also known as Classical Stretch and is said to be effective for weight loss and strengthening.
